The art of food and drink matching is a two-way process where the chef works closely with the mixologist to achieve a perfect mix of complementary flavours. This very special masterclass offers an insight in to the process employed to achieve that perfect match. Working with Asian Flavours, Chef David Moyle and Melbourne Gin Company will show participants how to create a cohesive menu that will include three dishes created by David Moyle and three matching cocktails.
