After some quality time in the kitchen, participants will be treated to a shared-style 4-course meal with matching wines. Dishes served will include the ones listed above (Gnocco fritto, Tagliatelle and Bolognese) along with Trattoria Emilia's Crudo di dentice (snapper tartare), house-made salami and pates, Tortelloni Emiliani (decadent mortadella and cheese filled pasta) and to finish, Francesco's own take on the Viennetta ice-cream.
