Join this wonderful, Cordon Bleu-trained mother/daughter team for at intimate cooking class in the heart of Piedmonte.
Just a few km from Turin, Erica and Camilla specialise in traditional Piedmontese cuisine with a modern twist. Their cooking classes really are the perfect balance between innovation and tradition.
In this 4 hour experience you'll whip up a four course feast, with the class culminating in a beautiful meal matched with local wine.
- antipasto: waffle like shell filled w/julienne of seasonal vegetable and soft goat cheese
- Primo: Big agnolotto (or raviolo) made of cocoa dough stuffed with ricotta & spinach (or seasonal equivalent) with an egg yolk in the center. You can imagine the delight when you put your fork in it!
- Secondo: Slice of croaker fish baked in crust of taggiasca (Ligurian) olives and fresh tomato coulis.
- Dolce: Chocolate and coffee semifreddo with a base of toasted Piemontese hazelnuts.
Note: This experience requires a minimum booking of 4 people.
