Guests are welcome to take a walk around the acres of naturally grown vegetables, fruits, herbs and crops. The Chef works alongside the hotel’s vegetable gardeners and estate manager to plan his menus. Every day, he checks the kitchen garden for what is fresh and most flavoursome.
