This culinary experience off the beaten track in Costa del Sol is much more than a cookery class. We want to offer you a tasty way to get involved with local culture and gastronomy through participative cooking and guide you on a very personal tour round the Spanish table.
The setting is idyllic, an ancient private farmhouse surrounded by an olive grove and a Mediterranean orchard: almond, orange, lemon, fig and pomegranate trees to make you forget how close to the city we are and get inspired in the kitchen.
Start your day at 10.30am around a welcome table with a cup of coffee or tea and a snack, going afterwards for a short stroll around the property. Back in the kitchen enjoy a hands-on cooking session and learn to prepare traditional, seasonal, fresh, and delicious Spanish and Mediterranean recipes to recreate at home. We will have a break during the session to have the first glass of wine along with some local or homemade snacks. Once the cooking is done, relax and relish the food, wine and conversation in this beautiful setting where present and past walk hand in hand.
The sessions are available any day of the week according to availability, for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 people.
Check on the web for more details about the location, the food and Mayte, your local guide in this culinary adventure.
