With The Age Good Food Guide recently naming Tipo 00 ‘Best New Restaurant, 2016’ there is no question that Andreas Papadakis has earned his place as one of Melbourne’s ‘Pasta Masters’.  

All pasta served at Tipo 00 is hand-made in house by Andreas and his team using ‘Tipo 00’ flour, which of course the restaurant draws its name from.

Despite there being a number of quality dried pastas readily available in Melbourne, Andreas says that nothing beats the hand-made stuff, which is why he thinks sharing his own tried and trusted recipe with fellow pasta aficionados is just the right thing to do! 

This very special masterclass that includes a guided lesson lead by Andreas and fellow 'pasta master,' Alberto Fava on how to make a variety of his signature fresh pasta dishes followed by a four-course meal paired with matching wines.
