Polish your culinary skills in ultimate luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Tuscany. Indulge in this 4-day Tuscan gastronomic journey with a 3-night stay in deluxe room at fabulous Relais Borgo Santo Pietro.

Michelin Chef Andrea Mattei and his creative team offer cookery classes that include the region’s classic dishes. The epicurean traveler will choose between a selection of different classes from Homemade Fresh Pasta to Gourmet Truffle Master Class (in season) to Handmade pizza-making session to Traditional Tuscan cooking or Classic Tuscan Sweets.

The location brings a sense of calm, relaxation and well-being. From the simplicity of growing and nurturing their own vegetables to the harvesting and preparation of seasonal ingredients, at Borgo Santo Pietro they take great pride in all aspects of their Tuscan cuisine and enjoy nothing better than sharing this passion with their guests. Your culinary journey will celebrate all that is good about Tuscan food.
Guests are welcome to take a walk around the acres of naturally grown vegetables, fruits, herbs and crops. The Chef works alongside the hotel’s vegetable gardeners and estate manager to plan his menus. Every day, he checks the kitchen garden for what is fresh and most flavoursome.

‘I am so excited to be working here with such an abundance of fresh produce, which is grown just minutes from the kitchen door. It is a fantastic opportunity to present Tuscan cuisine in the most beautiful of locations.’ Chef Andrea Mattei
